Yes. Standard mutual BAA, signed before any PHI touches our systems. We deploy on BAA-covered providers only (Azure OpenAI Healthcare Data Solutions, AWS Bedrock with BAA, Vertex AI healthcare configurations, or self-hosted on customer infrastructure).
PHI detection layer in front of the LLM. Detected PHI is redacted (replaced with placeholders) or tokenized (reversible reference for re-hydration) before the prompt reaches the model. The model never sees raw PHI in unbounded form.
