Founder questions, answered straight.
Yes. Standard mutual NDA, signed within 24 hours. We’ve worked with stealth-mode founders raising $5M+ rounds — confidentiality is non-negotiable.
A senior. Always. For Fractional CXO, you get a named executive (typically with 12+ years experience). For MVP delivery, the pod is led by a senior staff engineer with founder-of-record sign-off on the architecture. We don’t bait-and-switch.
100%. All code, designs, models, prompts, and documentation transfer to you on payment of the final milestone. We don’t retain copyright, ask for revenue share, or lock you into a maintenance contract.
We expect it. Most engagements end with us helping you hire your full-time team and handing off the codebase. Some pod members have moved in-house with our blessing — flat conversion fee, no equity or revenue claims.
Sometimes. For high-conviction founders we’ll do a partial cash + equity arrangement (typically 30–50% cash, the rest in advisory shares vesting over the engagement). We’re selective — we have to believe in you and the market.
A 4-week LowCode MVP at $18K, or a 1-month Fractional CTO at $8K. Smaller than that, we’ll happily refer you to one of our advisors directly — sometimes the right answer is one good conversation, not a project.
